Whether you want to relieve muscle tension, get relief from common musculoskeletal injuries, neurological symptoms, chronic pain, or maybe just relax, a therapeutic massage can help! Massage therapy consists of various techniques used to manipulate soft tissues, namely, tendons, ligaments, muscles, connective tissues, and joints, with the purpose of health optimization.
Our RMT's are very talented & personable. They can help you increase your range of motion, decrease stiffness and improve circulation. They will propose a treatment plan based on a brief health history & assessment to ensure your massage is geared towards your specific needs.
They are well-versed in both relaxation & rehabilitation massage - they marry the two styles for an incredible massage experience.
COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY
Mental health is a large part of our wellness & it's very important to prioritize it along with our physical health. Psychotherapy aims to relieve distress, to foster change with behaviours and habits that may be destructive, and to promote better coping strategies suited to each person and their situation.
To be successful with psychotherapy there must be a supportive and trusted relationship with your counsellor. Our therapists have countless years experience dealing with individuals, couples, and groups of all gender identities, ages, and demographics.
